Please include your name, contact details, programme name, payment or enrolment reference where relevant, a clear description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking. Do not send card details, passwords, medical records or unrelated sensitive information.
We will acknowledge a consumer grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, subject to applicable law and the complexity of the matter.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us first if a payment appears incorrect or if you have not received access. This gives us an opportunity to investigate quickly. Nothing in this request limits your rights with your bank, payment provider or consumer authority.
