7 Nights
See the full programme- Is 7 Nights a live programme?
- 7 Nights is a private online experience delivered through a structured sequence of assessment, guided practices, check-ins and a Day 8 review.
- When can I begin?
- After enrolment, you complete the assessment and onboarding process. There are no booked start dates at this stage.
- How long is the nightly practice?
- The nightly practice is approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
- Do I need breathwork or meditation experience?
- No previous experience is required. The instructions are provided as part of the programme.
- Will Abhiraam personally conduct every part?
- The programme is designed by Abhiraam Gautham and delivered through a structured system with designated programme support. Continuous personal access to Abhiraam is not included.
- Is sleep improvement guaranteed?
- No. Responses differ between individuals. The programme provides a consistent structure for noticing and supporting personal recovery patterns.
- What happens after Night 7?
- A Day 8 review helps identify what changed and what the most suitable next step may be.
BreathOS

- BreathOS is a private sixty-day recovery programme combining assessment, personal roadmap, morning reset, breath practice, daily check-ins, night practice, live integration sessions and milestone reviews.
- Who designed BreathOS?
- BreathOS was designed by Abhiraam Gautham, creator of The Night Manager™.
- Who conducts the eight live sessions?
- The sessions are led by a designated programme facilitator working within the BreathOS delivery structure.
- Will I have continuous access to Abhiraam?
- No. BreathOS is designed by Abhiraam and delivered through a structured programme. The programme does not include continuous personal access to him.
- Is BreathOS a medical or therapy programme?
- No. BreathOS is a wellbeing and coaching programme. It does not diagnose or treat medical, psychological or psychiatric conditions.
- Do I have to complete 7 Nights first?
- 7 Nights is the shorter way to experience the method. Clients who are ready for the complete sixty-day structure may enrol directly in BreathOS.
- What happens after enrolment?
- The client completes the assessment and onboarding process. The personal roadmap and programme structure are then prepared before the sixty days begin.
- Is the programme available internationally?
- Yes. BreathOS is designed as a private online programme for international clients.
- Are outcomes guaranteed?
- No. Individual responses vary. Progress depends on personal circumstances, consistency and participation.
