Cancellation and Refund Policy
What can be cancelled, what can be refunded, and how long it takes.

Purpose
We want the purchase terms to be clear before payment. This policy explains participant cancellations, provider cancellations, live-session changes, duplicate payments and approved refunds.
Requesting a cancellation
Send a request to hello@hummingnest.com with your full name, programme, payment reference, purchase date and reason for the request. Do not send card details.
We aim to acknowledge a request within two business days and provide a decision within five business days after receiving the information needed to verify the transaction and request.
7 Nights
7 Nights is a direct-enrolment digital programme with same-day access. We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind cancellation or refund after successful payment or access. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. A verified duplicate charge, failure to provide access, or material service defect will be corrected, replaced, extended or refunded as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
BreathOS
A participant may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment only if the assessment has not been submitted, onboarding has not begun, materials have not been accessed, and the first live session has not occurred. After the first of those events occurs, we do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights, duplicate-payment remedies, or remedies for material service failure.
If we cannot deliver a material remaining element, we will offer an equivalent replacement or reschedule within 14 days. If that is not possible, we will provide a proportionate refund for the undelivered part, subject to applicable law.
Live-session rescheduling
Participant-requested rescheduling requires at least 24 hours of notice and is limited to two requests across BreathOS, subject to facilitator availability. Missing a session without the required notice causes that session to be treated as used, except where applicable law or one accepted emergency exception requires a different result.
If we cancel a live session, we will offer a replacement session or another reasonable remedy. A provider cancellation will not attract a cancellation fee.
Duplicate and failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same enrolment, contact us with the payment references. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
A failed or abandoned transaction is not a confirmed enrolment. If your bank shows a debit but we have no successful payment, contact the bank and hello@hummingnest.com so the transaction can be traced.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another method. We aim to initiate an approved refund within five business days. After initiation, Razorpay and the customer’s bank may require a further 5 to 10 business days to display the credit. Actual processing times can vary by country, bank and payment method.
We do not control bank processing times, but we will provide the available refund reference when requested.
Currency and fees
Refunds are initiated in the original transaction currency where supported. Differences caused by exchange-rate movements, card-issuer conversion, intermediary-bank fees or taxes may be outside our control. We will not deduct an undisclosed cancellation fee.
EU and UK consumers
If you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right applies despite a shorter contractual rule. Where you ask us to begin a service or provide digital content during a statutory withdrawal period, additional express requests and acknowledgements may be required at checkout. The final regional wording must be approved before sales are enabled in the relevant territory.
